assistance in the preliminary preparation of the conference (in office) programme set up, faculty relations; on-site support for logistics, accreditation, hall management, organization and management of transfers etc. Skills

: Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to interact professionally with stakeholders; Experience in medical congresses, knowledge of the pharma industry rules and Age.na.s requirements; Organizational skills and problem-solving attitude; Excellent english, professional fluency; Knowledge of software for event planning, Fee: compensation adequate to actual experience and level of service.
