Your Tasks

How to become an asset for our team: As Outdoor Sales Executive (m/f/d) you hold the strings:

- Acquiring new customers with high-value freight structures

- Managing and expanding existing client relationships

- Preparing proposals and leading commercial negotiations

- Conducting on-site visits and presenting our services

- Collaborating closely with internal teams in operations and product development

- Translating customer needs into smart, scalable logistics solutions

- Driving business growth and customer satisfaction

Your Profile

What makes you special for us: Whether you have previous professional knowledge or are a career changer - you are very welcome here!

- Several years of experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding

- Completed commercial or logistics-related education

- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills

- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken

- Organizational strength and confidence in negotiations

- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and CargoWise

- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
