Mynameis is seeking an experienced and confident HR Manager to join our Client's, a well-know, multi-site manufacturing company headquartered in Treviso.The HR Manager oversees the full spectrum of people‑related operations within the organization, ensuring that modern, technology‑enabled practices support both employees and business objectives. This role champions a positive workplace culture, implements effective HR frameworks, and leads initiatives aimed at digital innovation and continuous improvement throughout the HR function. Based in Treviso, the HR Manager will occasionally visit other plants in Central Italy.Leading a team of two HR clerks, and reporting to the local General Manager, and functionally dotted to the Global HR Head, this function will have the following responsibilities:Talent Attraction and HiringDesign and execute strategies to bring qualified professionals into the organization.Manage the full selection cycle: publishing vacancies, screening applicants, interviewing, and supporting the onboarding process.Digital HR EvolutionGuide the transition from traditional HR practices to technology-driven ones.Select and implement digital platforms that enhance recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles, engagement, and other HR processes.Work closely with IT teams to ensure systems are interconnected and data flows smoothly across business functions.Process Improvement & Organizational ChangeIdentify areas where HR operations can be simplified or made more efficient.Lead initiatives that help the organization adopt new ways of working, tools, and practices.Policy Development & Organizational StructureEstablish clear HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure alignment and consistency.Define organizational roles and structures to support business expansion and long-term goals.People Development & Organizational GrowthIntroduce learning and development programs that enhance capabilities, support career advancement, and strengthen organizational performance.Coach managers and employees to foster leadership, collaboration, and personal growth.Employee RelationsAct as a reference point for workplace matters, offering support and guidance to both managers and staff.Address workplace issues, mediate disputes, and encourage a harmonious working environment.Learning & Training ActivitiesAssess development needs across the workforce.Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives.HR Operations & AdministrationSupervise administrative tasks such as employee records, payroll processes, and HR documentation.Ensure HR systems are updated, accurate, and effectively maintained.Analytics, Reporting & KPIsDevelop dashboards and tracking systems to monitor key HR indicators (e.G., recruitment efficiency, turnover, performance trends, engagement).Analyze data to uncover insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.Required QualificationsUniversity degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field (postgraduate studies are an advantage).At least five years' experience in HR leadership roles across multiple manufacturing companies.Strong understanding of employment regulations and HR methodologies.Experience working with labor unions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).Strong command of HR software (including Zucchetti) and the Microsoft Office suite.
