You will hold full operational and commercial responsibility for the hotel, driving performance across all departments while elevating guest experience, brand positioning and team engagement. Current General Manager within a luxury 5* hotel, or an exceptional Hotel Manager / Operations Director ready to step into their first GM role Strong commercial acumen with P& L exposure Experience within luxury or lifestyle-led hospitality Inspirational leadership style with strong team development capability Understanding of international luxury clientele Italian and English fluency preferred
