This involves planning, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and reporting progress to ensure adherence to timelines and the assigned budgets. This is an operational role which is responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for projects undertaken as per business requirements. Manage initiation, scheduling, tracking, reporting and execution of project as per the agreed schedule, scope using Standard templates or help to create and improve new templates. Discuss customer requirement, feasibility and operational aspect of proposed solution and service schedules with Engineering team and analyze internal technical capability to delivery solution. Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against established metrics. Support in managing project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies. Plan for integration with existing platforms and processes, identifies technology partners and outsourced partners for implementation and roll out of product/service. Drive technical deployment planning and implementation including installation of operating system, network configuration etc. and monitor implementation success. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customers. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Relevant years of experience in program management, project management, delivery management, customer relations. Reporting, proposal and project writing, as budget planning; Good knowledge of program and project management methods; Risk assessment, time management; Capacity utilization management Hands-on with technical aspects, having a good understanding of IT, infrastructure and networking systems as i.e. API, VPN,, oAuth, TCP/IP, SMPP and emerging technologies as i.e. AI, Python coding, JavaScript coding
