Programmatic Manager

to join our Digital Acquisition Team. Reporting to the Online Acquisition Senior Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to plan, execute and optimise the Programmatic activity. You will help define the right channel, partners and budget mix to meet business objectives, drive efficiency, and support the growth of the digital acquisition. You will also identify new opportunities, develop test-and-learn plans, and continuously optimise campaigns against agreed benchmarks. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with platform partners, creative teams and agencies to ensure innovative, effective and efficient campaigns execution. What You’ll Do

Set up, manage and optimize Programmatic Ad Campaigns, ensuring alignment with acquisition objectives. Run performance campaigns. Drive continuous campaign adjustment by identifying new opportunities in order to optimize the CPA and to increase the number of new customers. Deliver against a range of KPIs (CPA, Payback, reach, frequency, incremental lift) providing clear reporting and actionable insights. Monitor performance daily and make confident, data-led optimisation decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deep performance analysis. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Ensure compliance with internal policies, frameworks and quality standards across all media activities. What You’ll Bring

Experienced as a professional working in a Media Agency focused on Programmatic strategies and execution. Technical understanding of Programmatic platforms and logics. Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive decisions. A proactive, self-starting mindset; comfortable working independently. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Knowledge of tracking and measurement frameworks (e.g. tracking solutions, MMPs, attribution models) is considered a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Why Choose Us
