Our industry is ready for disruption, and we are looking for enthusiastic and innovative people who are thirsty for a challenge to join us and make a difference.We are seeking an **HSE Manager / RSPP** for our ACEF company located in Fiorenzuola D’Arda , ItalyThe position is responsible for managing occupational health, safety, and environmental processes according to **ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards** and Legislative Decree 81/08.**Key Responsibilities*** Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site* Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans* Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees* Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes* Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site**Requirements*** Bachelor’s degree, preferably in environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields, or a diploma with equivalent relevant experience* At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry* Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08* Good command of English is preferred* Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skillsAzelis is a leading global innovation service provider in the specialty chemical and food ingredients industry, present in 63 countries across the globe with over 3,800 employees.
