Who You'll Be
You will be the voice and ears of Holifya, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and satisfied as well as streamlining our operations. This position requires a blend of skills in customer service, operations support, and sales approach. We are therefore looking for a person who has exceptional people skills, who is very organized and precise, who has the wittiness and the carpe diem attitude necessary to solve the problems that will arise, using creativity and speed of execution.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Ops & Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while driving operational excellence. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Customer Purchase Support: Assist customers throughout their purchasing journey, providing guidance and ensuring smooth transactions.
Customer Care: Respond to inquiries with empathy and efficiency, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Operations Coordination: Support and enhance backend processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and collaboration across teams.
Who We're Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Communication or related field;
1–2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., customer care, account manager, or operations);
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset;
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
A collaborative and proactive attitude;
Experience working in start-ups or high-growth environments (a plus).
What We Offer
8€ meal voucher per day;
€23,000-25,000 as fixed compensation, based on your experience;
Full Yearly Health Check-up: this includes a full membership to our services (complete DNA test, blood tests, video consultation with a doctor and nutritionist each year);
Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model;
6-months maternity cover contract (+6 months optional).
