Our organization operates in the design, development, and implementation of proprietary SaaS digital solutions supporting companies’ business processes. We partner with national and international brands in their digital transformation journeys, with a strong focus on the Retail, Fashion/Luxury, and Food & Beverage sectors. We contribute to optimizing product data management, digital content management, and omnichannel experiences.

Role Description We are looking for an

Account Manager

. This role is responsible for driving business development for our SaaS digital solutions (PIM, DAM, Apps) with both prospective and existing clients. The position requires a consultative sales approach, aimed at understanding client needs and proposing technology solutions aligned with their business processes and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales opportunities with new and existing clients Analyze clients’ business needs and translate them into compelling value propositions Present and promote SaaS solutions (PIM, DAM, Apps) in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams Manage the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, proposal definition, negotiation, and contract closing Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies and market positioning of the solutions Monitor market developments and key technology trends Requirements Previous experience in B2B sales roles within digital solutions, software, or IT services Knowledge (even at a conceptual level) of PIM, DAM platforms, digital ecosystems, or omnichannel solutions Ability to engage with managerial-level stakeholders and IT representatives Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and results-oriented mindset Good command of English
