Material Innovation Specialist (Internship)

Your mission The candidate will contribute to the development and management of material innovation projects, primarily supporting the fashion and automotive sectors. Key activities include: Research and scout innovative materials, processes, and technologies across the fashion industry, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends. Researching and studying technical specifications of new materials. Supporting laboratory activities and testing processes. Supporting prototyping activities and the development of new products. Stay ahead of sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices related to the fashion and automotive industry.

Your profile Your Profile: Technical Skills and Requirements: Degree in Material Engineering, Textile Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent fields. Strong Interest in textile and leather engineering, material science, and relevant production processes. Passion for emerging material technologies, innovative processes and sustainable practices within the fashion industry. Analytical thinking and attention to detail; Ability to learn and develop skills in interpreting, analyzing, and elaborating experimental data Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in written and spoken Italian. Fluent in written and spoken English.
