This is a defining leadership role for a dynamic, strategic, and refined hospitality professional who understands that true luxury lives in the details.The RoleThe Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance of all F&B outlets, including signature dining, bar, in-room dining, and events.Working closely with the General Manager, this role will shape a distinctive gastronomic identity that reflects Baccarat’s French heritage, Roman soul, and global sophistication — while delivering exceptional profitability and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the overall F&B strategy in alignment with the hotel’s luxury positioningLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing F&B leadership teamOversee all restaurant, bar, banqueting, and in-room dining operations with uncompromising attention to detailDrive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability across all outletsCurate innovative culinary and beverage concepts in partnership with the Executive ChefEnsure exceptional service standards that reflect the elegance and refinement of BaccaratOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the departmentBuild strong relationships with suppliers and strategic partnersMaintain full compliance with health, safety, and quality standardsProfileProven experience as Director of Food & Beverage or senior F&B leader within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environmentStrong financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and profitabilityA refined sense of service, style, and guest engagementExperience launching or repositioning high-profile dining concepts is highly desirableInspirational leadership style with the ability to cultivate talent and elevate teamsStrong understanding of international luxury clienteleFluent in English;
