Marketing Operations Specialist (HubSpot Administrator)

Informatica e tecnologia ToolsGroup

Descrizione Lavoro

About The Role ToolsGroup is looking for a HubSpot power user who thinks like a systems architect, not a campaign executor. You’ve personally built and debugged complex workflows and integrations — not just used what someone else set up. This role owns our HubSpot environment end-to-end — not just execution, but how the system is designed, governed, and connected to Salesforce. You’ll also be the owner of our broader martech stack, including evaluation, integration, and rationalisation of tools across marketing and revenue operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our lead lifecycle, data flows, and automation logic are clean, scalable, and aligned with how we generate and convert pipeline. If you’ve built complex workflows, managed lifecycle architecture, and debugged HubSpot–Salesforce issues firsthand — this role is for you. This is a systems-first role. Digital campaign experience is a plus, not a requirement. What You’ll Own HubSpot Architecture & Administration (Primary) You are the single owner of HubSpot — how it’s structured, governed, and evolves Design and maintain workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing logic Build and optimise automated nurture programs, handoff flows, and lifecycle transitions (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opp) Own data ingestion into HubSpot — ensuring all incoming data is clean, correctly mapped, and aligned with lifecycle and segmentation logic Own lead routing and assignment logic — ensuring speed, accuracy, and zero leakage Manage and continuously improve the HubSpot–Salesforce integration: field mapping, sync logic, lifecycle alignment, and troubleshooting discrepancies Define and enforce data quality standards across HubSpot and Salesforce Identify and fix breakpoints in the funnel — stuck leads, incorrect lifecycle stages, attribution gaps Own documentation of system logic, workflows, and processes

Reporting & Funnel Visibility Build and validate reporting across HubSpot and Salesforce: MQL → SQL → Opp conversion, campaign attribution, pipeline contribution Ensure Salesforce reflects true marketing impact Spot anomalies, debug issues, and proactively improve tracking accuracy

Digital Demand Generation (Secondary / Nice-to-Have) Support execution of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic/intent-based campaigns Contribute to landing page performance and conversion optimisation

You don’t need to be a digital expert — but should be comfortable working alongside it. What We’re Looking For Must-have Hands-on, admin-level HubSpot expertise: complex workflows, lifecycle management, lead scoring & routing, automation architecture Strong experience with the HubSpot–Salesforce integration: field mapping, sync rules, lifecycle alignment, debugging data issues 3–5+ years in a Marketing Operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a tech environment You’ve owned a HubSpot instance end-to-end in a previous role — not inherited someone else’s setup and maintained it, but built and governed it yourself Strong understanding of funnel mechanics: MQL, SQL, pipeline, attribution Analytical mindset — able to identify and fix system and data issues quickly

Nice-to-have Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or programmatic B2B SaaS background HubSpot certifications

Not the right role if you mainly use HubSpot to send emails and run campaigns, or haven’t built complex workflows and lifecycle logic yourself. Why This Role You’ll own a mission-critical system at the core of our growth engine, working directly with senior marketing and revenue leadership. Full ownership — not just execution, but how the system is designed and evolves. You’ll own a HubSpot instance and martech ecosystem that powers our global demand generation engine across regions and teams. ToolsGroup is recognised in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Supply Chain Planning. We’re growing fast and this role sits at the centre of how we scale. Applying to this job the candidate consents that his/her data are treated by ToolsGroup in compliance with the GDPR n. 2016⁄679 GDPR and Transparency Document U.S. applicant notice: This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. ToolsGroup is CCPA/CPRA compliant.
