We are looking for a Junior Bartender to join our team at Il Palazzo Experimental in Venice. Under the supervision of the Bar Manager, your responsibilities will include: Welcominglech guests and presenting the cocktail menu Assisting in cocktail preparation following established recipes and house standards Supporting the bar team during service to assure a high‑quality guest experience Complying with hygiene and safety regulations Managing opening setup of the station and/or lounge, and closing duties (cleaning and restocking) Ensuring the bar is well‑maintained and all equipment is kept in good condition Qualifications

Some previous experience behind the bar or in a similar role (internship or seasonal experience welcome) A good command of English (Italian or any additional language is a plus) A proactive, adaptable mindset and a strong sense of organization A real passion for customer service and attention to detail What We Offer
