Key Account Manager – North East Italy

Identify and drive opportunities to accelerate brand growth within the assigned territory.

Promote the appropriate and effective use of the product, ensuring a clear understanding of its clinical value among healthcare professionals.

Develop and implement territory and account plans, aligned with national strategy and in collaboration with Medical Affairs.

Support the execution of marketing strategies and omnichannel initiatives at local level.

Define and implement access plans to ensure inclusion in regional and local formularies.

Achieve pre- and post-launch KPIs, including sales targets and account objectives.

Organize and manage local scientific meetings and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals.

Ensure accurate reporting and effective use of CRM systems.

Operate in full compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

University degree in a scientific or business-related field. 8–10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, including significant exposure to rare diseases and/or neurology.

Proven experience in Key Account Management and strong commercial acumen.

Experience in the neuromuscular field is considered a plus.

Strong project management, planning and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in a cross-functional and international environment.

High level of adaptability, resilience and ability to work in dynamic, evolving contexts. xdwybme
