Store Manager (Brugi Factory Outlets)
We are looking for an organized, reliable, and pragmatic professional to oversee the daily operations of our Brugi Factory Outlets. The role carries clear and proportionate operational responsibility: a strong on‑site presence, able to coordinate store activities and ensure order, efficiency, and attentive customer care.
🛠️ Main Responsibilities
Coordination of the daily activities across the stores.
Support to store managers in staff management and operational priorities.
Supervision of product display, replenishment, and compliance with company guidelines.
Monitoring of sales performance and store needs, with simple and timely reporting.
Regular checks on cleanliness, order, and visual standards.
Liaison with the company for logistics, materials, maintenance, and internal communications.
Regular visits to the stores, with willingness to travel as needed.
🎯 Required Skills
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience in retail or similar operational roles (preferred).
Good knowledge of key digital tools (Excel, management systems, reporting tools).
Ability to read and interpret data with a business‑intelligence mindset: identifying issues and proposing practical improvements.
Availability to travel between stores for inspections, support, and operational activities.
