Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join an R&D software team working on advanced, safety-critical systems. This role involves hands-on software development as well as technical leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contribution to high-quality, regulated products.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test C++ software based on defined requirements and architecture Contribute to software requirements, design documentation, and code reviews Debug and troubleshoot complex software issues Participate in quality activities such as risk analysis, testing, and compliance with regulatory standards Lead technical tasks, mentor team members, and provide engineering guidance Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of software development experience, including experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive, defense) Strong proficiency in C++ and modern development environments Experience developing software that interfaces with hardware Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
