Electrical engineer

Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location: Bari, Italy Salary: €60,000 DOE Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based with occasional travel Piper Maddox are working with an established and fast-growing renewable energy IPP who are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its technical team in Bari. With 600 MW of renewable assets entering construction this year, the business is entering a key delivery phase. They are looking for someone who can support on project execution, executive design and engineering activities. This person will be critical in taking the business to the next level. The Role You will support the electrical design and execution of PV, BESS and Wind projects ranging from 25 MW to 200 MW+. Key responsibilities include:

Managing technical design activities and coordinating grid connection processes via Terna and E-Distribuzione portals. Developing MV/HV layouts and single-line diagrams, defining connection strategies and confirming design solutions Focus on executive projects, vendor interactions and project realisation

Requirements

Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering Experience designing PV systems. Strong knowledge of MV/HV. Proficiency in Auto CAD, PVSyst, PVCase. Fluent Italian and English. Availability for occasional travel.

Desirable: EPC or construction-site experience
