Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you have an appetite for technological innovation?Join Adone Conseil's subsidiary in Milan as an IT Consultant. You will work for our clients as part of a project team member on subjects related to E-commerce, Data Management/BI, Supply Chain Management, and more. You will participate in our clients' digital transformation (from the analysis of IT needs to the implementation of tailor-made solutions) by optimising business processes and their governance.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate user support activities (Level 1), ensuring efficient handling, qualification and follow-up of incidents and requestsAnimate support channels and ensure proactive communication with usersMonitor incident resolution and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolutionIdentify recurring issues, define corrective action plans and contribute to continuous improvementDevelop and maintain user documentation and training materialsDeliver training sessions and support onboarding of new users, as well as process refresh sessionsTrack performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reporting for business teamsPrepare and lead follow-up meetings with partnersContribute to the optimization of support processes and service qualityQualificationsMaster’s degree (Business School, Engineering School or University)2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, support, or project management (including internships or apprenticeships)Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and/or support environments (RUN)Experience in Luxury or Retail environments is a plusGood understanding of digital tools and business processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to qualify issues and propose solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsClient-oriented mindset and strong sense of serviceProactive, autonomous and detail-orientedFluent in English and Italian.
