How to become an asset for our team: As Outdoor Sales Executive (m/f/d) you hold the strings:
Acquiring new customers with high-value freight structures
Managing and expanding existing client relationships
Preparing proposals and leading commercial negotiations
Conducting on-site visits and presenting our services
Collaborating closely with internal teams in operations and product development
Translating customer needs into smart, scalable logistics solutions
Driving business growth and customer satisfaction
Your Profile
What makes you special for us: Whether you have previous professional knowledge or are a career changer - you are very welcome here!
Several years of experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding
Completed commercial or logistics-related education
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Organizational strength and confidence in negotiations
Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and CargoWise
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
