Role Summary:
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you maintain and grow customer relationships, understand purchase agreements and market trends, and coordinate closely with Flowserve teams and channel partners to drive sales.
Your Role:
- Achieve assigned booking targets.
- Maintain regular communication with Italian customers.
- Develop marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals.
- Act as the primary customer contact for proposals, deliveries, repairs, and warranty matters.
- Educate customers on product features and value.
- Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and manufacturing teams.
- Keep organized records, reports, quotes, and expenses.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and rotating equipment.
- Knowledge of general, chemical, oil & gas industries and API 610.
- Sales, negotiation, or business finance training.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analysis.
- Project management experience.
