We’re building a world class SDR team to support our Sales Team and you’ll be the first hire.
There is a ton of demand on the market and just an handful of companies to do what we do - it’s a rare opportunity to contribute directly to a company growth ambition in an expanding market.
You’ll be responsible to consistently source 15 qualified meetings every month, nothing more and nothing less.
Your daily activities might look like this:
Prospecting new accounts
Testing new campaigns and outreach approaches
Doing discovery calls to qualify leads
Supporting your AE in the closing phase
We don’t care if you are already a proven star or an hungry and motivated beginner, as long as we’re confident you can hit your goal.
What we think you’ll appreciate
This role comes with a monthly quota, a decent amount of pressure and a TAM so big it can feel overwhelming BUT we also have some good news about the role. Specifically:
You’ll be fully autonomous and never micro-managed (we’re growing so fast that no one has time to breath on your neck) You can choose with territory to focus on
You can engage with the world’s most famous brands
You can be fully remote if you like, or join us either in Milan or Rome
Bi-annual international retreat
Gift and travel budget to please prospects
Dedicated budget for sales tools and sales training
You’ll be evaluated on your results and on your results only
Compensation
Base salary: 20k - 40k
Uncapped commission
Clear OTE aligned with quota
What we’re looking for
We try to have as little bias as possible around past experiences and sales success, but we’re really keen to see the following for this role’s applicants:
You’re positive and resilient (those NO will come either way, the way you take them makes all the difference) You’re curious, eager to learn (this is an evolving market, continuous learning is needed) You communicate clearly (we literally have no time to go back and forth on simple issues) You achieve your goals, whatever it takes
The process
You can expect a quick 3-steps evaluation process:
First meeting with Sales Ops (CV review, role discussion) Second meeting with Head of Sales/AE (practical case to test sales skills) Third meeting with the CEO (values and culture)
