(Senior) Product Manager - Tech Supply (all genders)

Tech Supply’s mandate is to provide decision support to aid our Buyers make better buying decisions and establish scalable and compliant procure to pay processes for our Buyers, Operations and Brand partners through digitization, automation and improved collaboration. As BESTSECRET continues to scale our e-commerce business across fashion, home, accessories and beauty — including our own private-label brands — the landscape of European compliance, quality and safety requirements is evolving rapidly and becoming increasingly complex. From the implementation of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and expanded requirements under the Digital Services Act (DSA), to new circular-economy and sustainability mandates such as the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), Textile Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and upcoming chemical and safety restrictions in cosmetics and textiles, companies selling consumer products today must navigate a growing web of regulatory obligations. In this role, you’ll be the driver within Tech Supply to shape the end-to-end compliance, quality and safety processes and tooling that enables our business to meet these challenges, build trust with our customers and partners, and future-proof our product offerings — while developing deep expertise across regulatory frameworks, cross-functional leadership and product risk management. Your Responsibilities Creating a compelling product vision to deliver on the company’s aspirations around Product Compliance, Quality and Safety. Together with your business stakeholders, you’ll define the target business processes to manage regulatory risk, customer safety, brand reputation and commercial impact. Set up measures of success. Develop an execution strategy to deliver impact in iterations while leveraging tech (home-built solutions and external tools) Driving sprint planning activities as part of the product development process and prioritize and manage the product backlog to optimize user value and ROI.

Your Qualifications Proven track record of delivering impact as a Product Manager within e-commerce / logistics / compliance / sustainability domains. You are passionate about working on tech products for process automation and article master data management with internal teams and partners as your customers; preferably also with some experience in managing such tech products in the past. You are used to driving cross-functional teams of UX, Data, Engineering and Business to deliver on the aligned goals and improvements. Fluent English language skills. Experience in compliance, sustainability, article master data management domains a plus, but not mandatory.
