Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for motivated Commis de Rang to join the Team for 2026 summer season.

About the role The Commis de Rang is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Commis de Rang position assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Commis de Rang clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

What you will do

Clear, clean and set‑up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner.

Polish silverware, refill condiment containers and crumb tables.

Stock linens, china, glass, silver and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.

Breakdown, clean and set‑up buffets and food stations.

Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

What you bring

Minimum Food Service Experience.

Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any request.

A flexible approach and team spirit.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian. English is a plus.

Schedule & Hours Full time and seasonal contract. This position requires to work in shifts.
