Maintain alignment between technical teams, security, governance, and change management regarding SWIFT requirements.·

**2+ years** of hands‑on experience with **Kubernetes/OpenShift** in production.·

Strong knowledge of **Apache Kafka** (distributed architecture, replication, high availability).·

Familiarity with **MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL**, or other database platforms (plus).·

Experience with **observability stacks** (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Elastic).·

Experience with virtualization platforms (OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix, VMware, KVM) is considered a plus.·
