Our initial focus is on POS and SaaS systems serving bars, restaurants, and cafés.
We strongly believe in building strong teams and scalable execution and are looking for an experienced Direct Sales Team Manager to lead and grow our Italian field sales organization.
As a Direct Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, scaling, and professionalizing Klearly’s direct sales operations across Mid–North Italy. You will manage a growing team of field sales representatives and ensure consistent performance, high execution quality, and predictable results.
You combine hands-on leadership with a structured, data-driven approach. By coaching your team in the field and translating company strategy into clear execution plans, you directly shape how Klearly grows and wins in the Italian market.
Building, leading, and scaling a direct sales team of field sales representatives across Mid–North Italy.
Owning regional sales performance, including targets, pipeline quality, forecasting, and execution discipline.
Coaching sales managers and representatives on prospecting, deal qualification, negotiation, and closing.
Defining and enforcing best practices for CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales methodology.
Recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales talent as the organization scales.
5+ years of experience in direct sales, including 3–5+ years in a people management role.
~ Proven experience managing and scaling field sales teams of 10+ representatives.
~ Strong background in payments, fintech, POS, SaaS, merchant services, or Horeca-related sales.
~ Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and retain high-performing sales teams.
~ Strong commercial judgment and confidence in value-based selling and complex negotiations.
~ Structured and data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
~ Fluent in Italian; English proficiency is required for internal communication.
