We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our Thompson Rome | Pre-Opening Team!About the RoleReporting to the Director of Operations, you will support all F&B outlets with passion and creativity, ensuring exceptional service and outstanding guest experiencesKey Responsibilities of the Role:Support daily operations across all outlets, ensuring high service standardsCollaborate with the F&B leadership team on wine lists and food & wine pairingsAssist waiters and the Sommelier team with service preparation and par stock managementEngage guests, recommend wines, and curate memorable dining experiencesOversee inventory control and maintain strong operational visibilityHandle special requests with dedication and professionalismCoordinate scheduling based on business needsCosts controlConduct market research and monitor industry trendsPartner with Events, Marketing & PR on promotions and new launchesAnalyze menu performance to enhance revenue and guest appeal.
