Contract Manager – Subcontract Administrator

For our own projects, we are looking for: Contract Manager – Subcontract AdministratorMISSION:The Contract Manager – Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for managing all contractual and administrative matters related to site contracts, including subcontractors and package vendors, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, cost control procedures, and project planning requirements.The role requires a senior professional capable of independently handling contractual claims, change management, payment certifications, and coordination with client cost control and procurement departments.TASKS:Manage contractual claims and related negotiations.Evaluate and manage new prices and additional works.Handle change requests and change orders.Manage change order approval processes and related contractual communications.Review and validate payment certificates.Verify consistency of payments in line with contractual rules.Monitor project cash flow and prepare related reports.Produce contractual and financial reports independently and under the guidance of the Contract Manager.Follow up on material deliveries related to project packages.Monitor site planning progress from both operational and contractual perspectives.Act as primary interface with Client Cost Control and Procurement Control departments.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:8–15 years of experience in contract administration within construction sites.Proven experience managing subcontractors and package vendors.Strong experience in contractual claims, change management, and cost control.Experience in reviewing payment certificates and monitoring project cash flow.Proficiency in Italian and English (mandatory).OTHER DETAILS:Location: Collecchio, Parma Province – Italy (On-site)Contract duration: Immediate – July 2026, with possible extension based on project progress.Working modality: Site-basedProfile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential.
