Head of project management (m/f)

We are seeking for a reliable and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Building & Project Consultancy team. This position blends project delivery, client relationship management, and on-site coordination, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client objectives. Do you think you have what it takes to become part of Savills Building & Project Consultancy team? Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables from initiation through completion. Support senior team members with project-related communications and client coordination. Anticipate challenges and develop real-time solutions to maintain project momentum. Coordinate programming activities with internal and external resources, including staff, consultants, and contractors. Provide regular project updates, documentation, and reports for client stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. (3–7 years of experience managing construction, renovation, or design-build projects up to €500 K. ~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and timeliness. ~ Demonstrated expertise in managing project budgets, costs, optimizations, change orders, and monitoring financial and physical project progress. ~ Experience with client-specific project management systems (e.g. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project). ~ Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Italian and English.
