Develop and Deploy Full‑Stack Capabilities: Transform user stories from concept to outcome; clarify needs, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, conduct comprehensive testing, and release to production. Identify and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues using root cause analysis, address underlying problems (rather than surface symptoms), and prevent regressions through strategic testing. Elevate Code Standards: Assess plans and pull requests for clarity, simplicity, and accuracy, preventing technical debt from accumulating.

Basic Requirements

A minimum of 4 years of experience developing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework). Proven ownership: Demonstrated track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond isolated task contributions. Self‑sufficient execution: Capability to unblock yourself, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward in uncertain circumstances. Practical experience using generative A.I. in your daily development workflow.
