We are seeking a talented

Assistant RDQ Manager

to join our team in Italy. This is a unique opportunity to support the development, quality, and compliance of key products within the

Chicken & M&P segment

for the Southern Europe Cluster, enabling successful Go‑To‑Market execution and contributing directly to a business area worth over

€100M in net sales .

Activities & Responsibilities

The candidate will be in charge of: • Supporting on‑time, in‑full delivery of

RDQ Go‑To‑Market activities , including artwork, labelling and compliance checks • Assisting in the execution of

launches' plans

and supporting Local Portfolio Projects from concept to post launch monitoring • Conducting technical research, validating product information, and helping prepare

technical specifications

aligned with regulatory and quality standards • Tracking and analysing

product complaints , supporting Careline activities, and contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action plans • Supporting interactions with

regulatory authorities

and industry bodies, sharing emerging trends and insights across RDQ teams • Contributing to Food Culture and Superiority Advocacy initiatives, including local sensory panels and product immersion sessions

Qualifications

We need someone with a strong technical background, structured and analytical, able to collaborate effectively across functions and markets.

What you will need:

• Degree in

Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering , or similar • Experience in the

Food & Drink industry , ideally in Technical, Quality, or Product Development roles • Proven support in product development, quality improvement or technical project management • Ability to understand and apply regulatory principles • Fluency in

English ,

Portuguese

is also considered a preferred skill • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams
