Research position in lithic technology and raw materials analyses

ALMA MATER STUDIORUM - UNIVERSITA' DI BOLOGNA - - DIPARTIMENTO DI CHIMICA "GIACOMO CIAMICIAN" Offer Description The appointee will carry out research support activities within the framework of the POOL project, with particular reference to Work Package 2, dedicated to the reconstruction of technical behaviours between 50 and 30 ka BP in Poland and Central Europe. The activities will include technological and typological analyses of lithic artefacts, the reconstruction of production sequences (chaîne opératoire), the analysis of raw material procurement strategies, and the integration of results with the chronological and paleoenvironmental data of the project.
