Position: Building Services Manager (MEP)Project: Luxury Hotel ProjectLocation: VeniceContract length: 24-month Fixed Term ContractSalary: €70,000 – €100,000 We are acting for a family-owned international real estate investor and hotel owner-operator, renowned for developing and operating high-end luxury hospitality assets globally. The group takes a long-term, quality-driven approach to development, with in-house project management and direct oversight of delivery.They are currently progressing a major luxury hotel development in Venice, now entering the critical fit-out and commissioning stages.The RoleThe Building Services Manager will take ownership of all MEP and specialist systems on site, acting as the client’s technical representative throughout construction, testing, commissioning and handover. This is a fully site-based delivery role, requiring daily presence and close coordination with contractors and consultants.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee installation and coordination of all MEP systemsEnsure compliance with design intent, Italian regulations and operator standardsMonitor progress, quality and technical performance of contractorsLead testing, commissioning and handover of all building servicesAct as the client-side authority on MEP matters on siteCandidate ProfileDegree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services EngineeringStrong site-based MEP delivery experienceHospitality experience preferred (complex projects also considered)Fluent Italian and good–fluent EnglishVenice-based or willing to relocate
