We are looking for a visionary

AI and Data Intelligence Engineering Manager

to lead advanced initiatives in

Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Data Engineering, and ML Ops

. This role combines technical depth with strategic leadership, ensuring robust architectures, scalable systems, and operational excellence across AI and data platforms. You will lead a high-performing team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and DevOps/ML Ops specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver impactful solutions that transform business and customer experiences.

Lead Innovation:

Shape AI and data engineering strategies for next-generation intelligent systems. Influence mission-critical applications and digital ecosystems worldwide. Work alongside top talent in AI, IoT, and data technologies. Continuous Learning:

Stay ahead with emerging trends in AI, ML Ops, and data engineering.

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team (Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps/ML Ops, Cloud Architecture). Define and execute the AI and Data Intelligence technology roadmap aligned with business objectives. Drive architecture design for data platforms, AI models, IoT integrations, and ML Ops pipelines. Support Program Managers in planning workloads, assigning resources, and ensuring timely delivery. Ensure best practices in secure development, data governance, and scalable system design. Proven experience in AI/ML systems and data engineering. Strong knowledge of ML Ops, DevOps/DevSecOps, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Hands-on expertise in data pipelines, model deployment, and scalable architectures. Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in an international environment. Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Experience with IoT architectures. Track record of delivering AI-driven products in production environments.
