Senior Amazon EU Manager (3P)

will take full ownership of Amazon performance, driving strategy, execution, and continuous optimisation across the region.

About the Role: Own full P&L for Amazon across EMEA markets Shape and deliver a multi-year ecommerce growth roadmap Lead Seller Central operations, catalogue optimisation, and conversion improvements Drive performance marketing across Sponsored Ads and DSP Identify new growth levers including expansion, bundles, and subscriptions

About You: Proven Amazon Seller Central experience across EMEA markets Track record of owning and scaling Amazon P&L performance Ability to operate at both strategic and executional level Strong analytical mindset with confidence using performance metrics Ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Commercial curiosity with a test-and-learn xpavfwm approach to growth Multi-market European experience ideally Additional EU languages would be a bonus
