Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience. Follow up on customer requests and elevate issues when necessary. Requirements:

Proficiency in Italian (C1 / C2 level) Relocation to Portugal is mandatory Strong English communication skills (C1 level) Exceptional problem‑solving and interpersonal skills Open to relocating within Portugal
