This is a high-impact role where your insight and challenge will influence regional strategy and decision-making. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

Act as the primary Finance Business Partner to senior regional sales leaders, providing clear financial guidance and strategic insight. Lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis to support business plans and performance tracking. Translate regional and marketing strategies into actionable financial implications, ensuring alignment with global priorities. Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, process improvements, and enhanced productivity. Collaborate with finance teams across distribution, investment, and operations to maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality financial insight. Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, including automation and data-driven solutions.

The Finance Business Partner will meet the following candidate criteria:

Experience in asset management or a related financial services sector, with strong understanding of financial and operational drivers. Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders, contributing in a matrixed international environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with a focus on accuracy and actionable insight. Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure to meet competing priorities.
