We’re seeking a

Housekeeping Supervisor

who thrives on both leadership and hands-on work, someone ready to lead by example while ensuring every corner of our hotel reflects the highest standards.

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 5 dedicated housekeeping professionals, ensuring smooth daily operations. Be fully present on the floor, supporting your team in daily cleaning tasks when needed—no task is “beneath” you. Experienced in housekeeping supervision within luxury boutique hotels or high-end hospitality environments. Organized, dependable, and capable of juggling operational and administrative tasks simultaneously. Fluent in English and Italian. You have a can-do attitude and don’t mind covering shifts on weekends. You are a EU Citizen or have a valid work permit for Italy/European Union

At Vocabolo Moscatelli, you’re more than a supervisor — you’re part of the heartbeat of our hotel. Vocabolo Moscatelli is a seasonal hotel. We reopen our doors on 1st April 2026 and will close again on 1st December 2026. The position we are hiring for will be based on a seasonal contract from the end of March 2026 to the beginning of December 2026.
