RETAIL STORE SELLER| INTERNSHIP

LVMH Group is the world leader in luxury products, home to over 75 Maisons. We are searching for an intern who will join Make Up For Ever, within the LVMH Beauty division in Milan. Make Up For Ever is an international beauty brand, delighting all customers all over the world with amazing products and top-of-the-line customer service.

Reporting to the Head of Sales of Make Up For Ever, the Retail Assistant will focus on:

Supporting management of sales weekly schedule, coordinating all changes that may occur. Supporting the extra staff schedule/ target/ performance coordination with the dedicated external agency Manage and coordinate order & delivery of tester and gifts to local warehouse and Sephora Stores from Paris HQ Supporting the PR activities (press day, masterclass, special event, product seeding…) Reporting: weekly and monthly sell out report (excel and presentation of highlights) E-store monitoring: weekly / monthly check of visibility and stock availability Check in-store trade implementations creating report ad hoc. Manage APP/platform to follow up weekly / monthly presence, orders and sell out activities (Zucchetti, SAP, Simplifield)

Degree in Management/ Marketing or any other related fields Strong Analytical Skills (advanced knowledge of Office package, Excel is a must) Passionate about retail and beauty world. Fluent English, other languages will be considered a plus (French)
