We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensure systems run smoothly, and deliver excellent service to internal users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or in person
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Support operating systems, productivity tools, and business applications
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when required
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and security standards
What You Have
At least 3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN)
Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and common office software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong collaborative skills
Fluency in English
What Would Be Nice to Have
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 35.000 and € 40.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact. Additionally, depending on your seniority and your performance, you'll have the opportunity to receive stock options, with a variable value calculated from your base salary, giving you the chance to directly participate in the company’s success.
