SEM Specialist (PPC & Social Ads) for our

Milan office

. You’ll manage and grow multi-channel performance programs (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more), working closely with a Team Lead—while also shaping how our Paid department operates. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Milan, with the possibility of flexible work-from-home arrangements. As the Performance Marketing Team Lead, you will oversee and manage a team of marketing professionals, ensuring the success of Performance Marketing campaigns, including SEA, PPC, and Social Ads. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to drive digital growth, managing budgets efficiently, monitoring campaign performance, collaborating across departments, and mentoring team members to achieve their professional goals while ensuring delivery of client objectives. 3–5 years experience in eCommerce Paid Media ~ Degree or training in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business (or similar) ~ Additional languages (especially
