KAM & Broiler Lead

to join us with a

permanent contract .

The Role We are seeking a KAM & Broiler Lead who will take responsibility for the strategic management of the Broiler product range, contributing to its positioning, growth, and profitability in the Italian market. The role will work closely with the Italian Poultry Business Unit Manager and with the Poultry Veterinary Services and Poultry Vaccination Services teams, ensuring full alignment between commercial strategy, technical needs, and development opportunities. This position also requires strong cross‑functional coordination: the KAM & Broiler Lead will act as the key interface between local teams, Corporate Franchise Teams, and the EU Poultry Team.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement the marketing plan for the Broiler range, defining and monitoring KPIs.

Drive commercial growth (sales, profitability, positioning) and coordinate promotional activities.

Identify and engage major broiler producers and their veterinarians, developing segmentation, market analysis, and targeted strategies.

Manage strategic Key Accounts, build strong relationships with decision‑makers, and contribute to Account Business Plans.

Collaborate with BU teams (Poultry Veterinary Services & Poultry Vaccination Services) and the Business Unit Manager to design innovative and sustainable solutions for the Broiler business.

Differentiate Ceva’s offering and generate mutual value by deeply understanding customer needs.

Gather market insights, analyze CEESA data, and build relationships with KOLs to identify new opportunities.

Manage forecasting and supply of the Broiler product range in coordination with the Italian supply team.

Support the management of Marketing and Technical budgets and monitor investments in collaboration with Finance.

Collaborate with the KAM & Layer Lead to ensure monthly sales closures according to CFO deadlines.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of the poultry sector: breeding processes, diseases and diagnosis, and economic dynamics.

Field experience and strong customer orientation, with the ability to build relationships with KOLs.

Skills in strategic planning and value creation.

Negotiation and deal‑closing experience.

Proficiency with digital tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365) and CRM systems.

Strong team collaboration and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Active listening, customer orientation, and ability to respond independently to technical requests.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.

An MBA or specialization in economics/marketing is considered a plus.
