Offer Description
The research activity involves the conceptualization and implementation of simulation models with a digital twin perspective for assessing the ESG sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises. From a methodological standpoint, the research activities should favor approaches capable of generating general, flexible, and easily adaptable simulation models so that a single simulation model can be used to cover the widest possible range of business scenarios. Furthermore, the simulation models should be interfaced with machine learning algorithms that can be used to make predictions on ESG indicators.

Selection process a) relevance and consistency of the educational background with the research program covered by the position (maximum score: 10);
b) relevance and significance of previously conducted research activities, as well as any professional experience, in relation to the research activities covered by the position (maximum score: 25);
c) relevance and significance of publications, theses, and other attached scientific outputs with respect to the research program covered by the position (maximum score: 25);
d) oral interview aimed at assessing aptitude and suitability for carrying out the research activities covered by the position, as well as evaluating proficiency in the English language (maximum score: 40).
