Business Development Specialist – South America & Mexico Region (International relocation required)Savino Del Bene is seeking motivated candidates interested in pursuing an international professional development path, with placement in one of the following strategic locations: Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, and Chile.This initiative is part of the Group’s commercial strengthening and growth plan in the LATAM region, offering a concrete international career opportunity within a dynamic and high-potential environment.The RoleThe selected candidate, appointed as Business Development Specialist, after an initial onboarding and shadowing period, will be responsible for:Developing business within the assigned areaConsolidating and expanding the customer portfolioSupporting the growth of the local structure through a consultative and results-oriented approachThis role represents a key opportunity to gain an international perspective of the business, develop a cross-functional understanding of company operations, actively contribute to the region’s strategic growth, and operate as a true team player in a multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and strengthen commercial relationships with local and global clientsIdentify new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting activitiesManage requests and opportunities in coordination with foreign branches and the WW Head Office in FlorencePrepare offers and quotations in synergy with operational departmentsMonitor commercial KPIs and sales performance, contributing to the achievement of branch targetsUtilize digital tools and corporate CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipeline effectivelyRequired Skills & QualificationsAvailability for international relocation for a minimum period of 3–5 yearsAt least 2+ years of operational experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is mandatoryFluency in Italian (C1 level) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level)Entry level of Spanish (minimum B1) or alternatively, a strong willingness to develop this language quickly is required.Technological competencies, including familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales support toolsStrong commercial and results-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and intercultural skillsAnalytical and numerical competenciesOrganisational skills, problem-solving ability, and priority managementAccuracy, accountability, and a proactive attitudeStrong team-working skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyRelocation SupportThe Company will support the international relocation through:A dedicated relocation benefits package to facilitate integration into the new countryPersonalized social security and tax consultancy to ensure full transparency on contribution and tax mattersVISA application managementOrganizational support during the transition and onboarding phaseWhy ApplyConcrete international career opportunity in the freight forwarding and shipping industryExperience in high-growth potential marketsStrengthening of commercial and intercultural competenciesDirect exposure to the Group’s strategic developmentWho we are:Savino Del Bene is a global multinational in the logistics and freight forwarding industry founded in Florence at the beginning of the 20th century.
