Jr Sales Manager - Polymers & Compounds

Resina Partners is supporting a leading Italian engineering plastics compounder in the search for a Junior Sales Manager.

The company

A compact, agile plant specialising in engineering plastics and custom compounds for injection moulding applications.

The role:

- Support the management of existing customers, both Italian and international - Gradually develop new business - Work closely with technical and production teams - The position is structured to allow a progressive ramp-up in responsibility

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years sales experience in polymers, compounding, or related chemical sectors - Technical profiles with strong motivation to move into sales can be considered - Fluent English, both written and spoken - Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
