Our firm supports European SMEs & Principal Investors on Corporate Finance and strategy matters to support their growth.Our services are focused and committed on value generation for our clients.Overview of the RoleFor our Milan office, we are seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst Intern starting in April 2026. The intern's primary role will be to support business development and strategic activities within the Company.The intern will support the Corporate Finance team in business development initiatives and in the early stages of M&A and strategic advisory projects. The role offers direct exposure to transaction sourcing, financial analysis, and execution support within a dynamic advisory environment. WHAT YOU’LL DOSupport business development activities, including target screening, investor mapping, and preparation of outreach materialsConduct structured research on M&A transactions, Private Equity activity, and sector trends across EuropeAssist in the identification and preliminary assessment of potential targets and buyersContribute to financial analysis, including initial valuation work, financial statement review, and benchmarkingPrepare draft pitch materials, teasers, and internal memos for transaction mandatesSupport the team during the early phases of M&A processes (market mapping, long list / short list preparation, initial strategic positioning)Maintain and update internal databases and deal tracking systems WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor’s / Master's degree Students in Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related fields (or close to completion)Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and business acumenA team player with the ability to work independentlyExcellent knowledge of the MS Office 365 suiteProficiency in both English and Italian (knowledge of any other language is a plus)Availability to work on-site WHAT WE OFFERCurricular Internship (3 + 3 months)Young and dynamic environmentThe opportunity to contribute to real projects and make a tangible impactLocation: Milan (IT)This internship is unpaid and structured as a growth-oriented experience.The objective is to offer high-performing candidates the opportunity to develop within the firm and be considered for a structured career path upon successful completion.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.To apply send CV (ref.
