Role-IT Technical Leader – PAS‐X (MES) Location: Hybrid | Latina | Employment Type: Freelancing ️ Language: Italian & English Note: Candidate must be based in Italy – No sponsorship available We are looking for an IT Technical Leader PAS‐X to support the design, development, and lifecycle management of MBRs and GMBRs within the Werum PAS‐X MES platform. You will guide a small team, collaborate with cross‐functional stakeholders, and ensure high‐quality, compliant digital batch execution. Key Responsibilities

Lead MBR/GMBR design, development, and standardization Coordinate with QA, Operations, Validation, IT, and SMEs Review and approve State Diagrams, Master Data, and Equipment setups Ensure compliance with Gx P, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 Support SAP–MES integration Drive continuous improvement in MBR quality and efficiency

Requirements

Strong experience with Werum PAS‐X Background in pharma/biotech MES projects Knowledge of ISA‐95 / S88 Experience with SAP–MES integration Excellent communication and leadership skills 5+ years experience Languages: Italian & English
