We are searching for the best talent for Associate Operations Support Specialist to be in Borgo San Michele – Latina. For this role we offer 12 months fixed‑term contract.
As an Associate Operations Support Specialist, You Will
Support the updating of procedures (WI & SOP) in the Operations area, promoting continuous improvement of GMP processes.
Contribute, in collaboration with the responsible of the areas involved, to the identification of improvements and SOP review.
Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA.
Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes.
Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential re‑occurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective/ preventive actions from the investigations.
Qualifications / Requirements
University Degree - Scientific field (Chemistry, chemistry and pharmaceutic technology – CTF or other equivalent)
Ability in problem‑solving and decision making technique.
Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required;
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point
Proficiency in English is required
Working experience of at least 6 months in a pharmaceutical production plant (preferred)
