Using insights from sales, marketing, finance, and market dynamics, we create accurate forecasts that ensure the right products meet the right consumers at the right time.We are looking for a Demand Planning Senior Analyst to join our Southern Cluster team in Arese. In this role, you will own the demand planning process for a country and/or product-category portfolio, act as a central link between commercial teams and supply chain, and contribute to strategic projects in a dynamic, multicultural FMCG environment.**About the Role** The team works cross‑functionally across the region and plays a key strategic role in ensuring end‑to‑end supply chain alignment. **Responsibilities**Experience You’ll BringMinimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related business roles.- Hands‑on experience with demand planning systems and forecasting tools.- Strong analytical skills and experience in S&OP or cross‑functional planning processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and/or Access.- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.**Preferred Skills & Competencies**Experience in the FMCG industry.- Knowledge of SAP and S&OP processes.- Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.- Strong data analysis skills linked to business KPIs and performance management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
