Randstad Professionals’ Hospitality & Luxury team, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, is seeking a proactive, ambitious, result-oriented, and experienced
Sales Manager (Hotellerie),
based in Como.
Main Responsabilities:
Actively seek new clients and close deals to generate new revenue streams.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and cultivate new connections.
Proactively follow up on proposals and engage with clients to maximize conversions.
Independently organize external sales appointments, property inspections, and familiarization trips relevant to each segment.
Attend international fairs and events related to the Hospitality sector.
Work within the Sales Department
Develop strategic account management in assigned markets.
Requirements:
Degree in Tourism, Marketing, Economy.
Previous experience (3 yrs minimum) in similar role in Sales Department Hospitality.
Knowledge of sales in the Leisure, MICE, and Corporate sectors.
Willingness to travel frequently abroad and attend fairs.
Fluent in English
Ability to work in a team.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
Positive and charming attitude towards clients and colleagues.
Problem-solving abilities.
