Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d)

Your main tasks:

End‑to‑end ownership of the recruiting process: from needs analysis and active sourcing through to contract signing

Close collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies

Active candidate sourcing via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals)

Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and in‑person) and performing structured candidate assessments

Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process

Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events

Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new employees

Supporting cross‑functional HR and recruiting projects

Supporting an IT project within the HR / recruiting environment

Your profile:

Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification

Professional experience in HR / recruiting

Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is desirable

Strong communication skills, structured working style, and a curious mindset

Very good command of German, Italian, and English

Willingness to travel between our locations in Unterinn, Bolzano, and Vintl
